Welcome to August

After a summer of travelling, visiting home countries and enjoying a change of pace, August brings us back to everyday life in the Ägeri Valley. For some families, it also marks an exciting first, with children beginning school in Switzerland for the very first time.

Our back-to-school article shares helpful information about what to expect, but one of the best ways to learn, find support and feel at home is by connecting with others who have already been through it.

Our community is growing, so please come along, introduce yourself and get to know the people around you. Sometimes the most helpful advice comes from a simple conversation with someone who understands.
 

A Big and IMPORTANT Community Update

Until now, your membership information has been shared through the AHH Members-Only Community, while you have also continued to access the original Ägeri High Heels WhatsApp chats, known as the WeCare Community.

As we celebrate the first year of the membership and continue to grow with more than 150 active members, I will now be bringing these chats into the AHH Members-Only Community. This means that, by the end of August, all chats under the Ägeri High Heels umbrella will be available exclusively to active members.

We truly appreciate your support as a valued member and want to continue improving and enriching what we offer as part of your membership. Bringing everything together will allow us to better manage and monitor the chats, improve the quality of the information being shared and make it easier for members to find the conversations and support that are most relevant to them.

​

Based on the history of discussions in the existing chats, the new chats will be better organised, more clearly focused and easier to navigate. This will also help reduce repeated posts, cross-posting and information being shared in the wrong place.

​

In the coming weeks, you will receive clear information about how to join the new chats and select the ones that interest you.  We are excited to take this next step and to continue building a valuable, supportive and well-connected community for our members.
