Bärlauch in the Ägeri Valley – From Forest Find to Fresh Pesto

This time of year is one of my favourites in the Ägeri Valley. Just the other day, walking past our local playground and along the stream, I spotted it, that familiar sign that spring has really arrived… Bärlauch growing right there in the forest.
