Event Description
Our Roundtable Evening is a relaxed, welcoming gathering built around shared experience, honest conversation, and practical support.
Why a Roundtable?
So often, when we’re navigating something new, whether it’s schools, careers, health, parenting, integration, or life transitions, we look first to our close friends for advice. But sometimes the answers simply aren’t there. That’s the beauty of community. Within our wider network are women who have already walked the path. Women who have filled out the forms, made the decisions, had the conversations, faced the doubts, and come out the other side with insight to share. This evening is about bringing that wisdom to the table.
How it Works
Each table will focus on a specific theme. At every table, we have a host with real-life experience or expertise leading a conversation about the topic and encouraging group discussion. This isn’t a lecture. It’s a conversation. It’s women supporting women.
What are the Topics to choose from?
Learning with AI, hosted by Miriam Pegoraro, Coach in education Sek. II
Using AI as a practical everyday assistant: organization, planning, and reducing mental load
Hosted by Rebekka Danikas, Director, Strategic Accounts, Thermo Fisher Scientific
Introducing two apps that can simplify expat life: Mincca (Babysitting App), hosted by Carla Maldonado, Ph.D., MV Global Advisory, and CoverAware (Insurance Comparison), which helps you understand in English what insurance you have and what you’re missing, hosted by Joe Biondino
How the Evening Will Flow
To participate, each guest will select two of the three available topics when registering. On the night, the evening will be broken down into 30-minute chunks.
• 5-10 minutes – General Introduction
• 30 minutes – First table session
• 30 minutes – Rotate to your second table
• 30 minutes – Closing catch-up together and open discussion
A focused, supportive two-hour event designed to leave you feeling informed, connected, and encouraged.
We hope you join us for this exciting evening of learning and connecting. Because together, we always know more than we do alone. xx Jody
