Event Description
This workshop is designed to take away the pressure of going to the gym, or attending a group session, by giving you the confidence to begin your fitness routine from your own home and give you the confidence to get moving at home.
You’ll learn how to build your own workout program using bodyweight and minimal equipment, understand key movements and how to perform them safely with good form, and explore different ways to structure your workouts so they stay interesting and help you progress. To make sure everyone receives truly personal guidance, the class size will be kept small, a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 12 participants.
This 90-minute, hands-on workshop will give you plenty of time to practice these key movements, ask questions, and get all the support you need. Together, we’ll discuss your goals, and you will build a personalized 4-week workout plan during the session so you leave knowing exactly how and where to begin.
