Event Description

Join us for a hands-on cooking class where we’ll make the ultimate Italian comfort food: Arancini Balls!

In this fun and interactive lesson, Evelyn from Ev’s Kitchen will guide you step-by-step in crafting 20 arancini balls. You can choose vegetarian cheese, Bolognese, or a mix of both (please select your preference on the registration form). You’ll learn the secrets to that perfect crispy outside and gooey, flavour-packed centre, plus tips on prepping, rolling, and frying to perfection.

Whether you’re cooking for the first time or looking to add something new to your recipe collection, this class is a treat!

Your evening includes:

  • All ingredients provided

  • Take your creations home. You will have enough for the next couple of nights, or freeze them.

  • Welcome, glass of bubbles (prosecco or non-alcoholic)

  • Pay-as-you-go bar throughout the night

  • No experience needed
