We care about Community

Relocating and moving your family to a new country can be a daunting experience, and every day challenges can become overwhelming. The goal of Jody is to provide new families with access to a supportive community who have all been through the same experiences.

This is how Aegeri High Heels (AHH) community was created.

We feel once a family is settled and supported they will then have the support to venture more into the local community by joining clubs, attending events and feeling connected.

When relocating to a new country we need to learn about our new home; and it is just as important to understand the culture & beliefs, as it is to learn where to find the grocery store.

Ägeri High Heels was founded on 2012 and is a community of people who willingly share their knowledge, experience and friendships to those who need it, whether you have been in Ägeri for 5 minutes, or 5 years.

Take a deep breath, trust in yourself  – we got you!

Jody has helped international families relocating into Ägeri Valley since 2012 through the Ägeri High Heels Community.  She has been provided a platform for relocating women and their families to connect with other families who are going through, or have been through, similar challenges.

Ägeri High Heels uses a private Facebook group as a forum for conversation and support as well as a What's app chat.  New members can apply to join both.

All the events, activities and programs are aimed at bringing women together and providing them with the opportunity to find their tribe, settle into their new community, and build life-long friendships along the way.

FACEBOOK

Ägeri High Heels Network
The Facebook group is a private group where members can ask questions and receive support in a private place. Facebook allows a post to receive input from the member group and is stored for future resource. Common topics of discussion are where to find things when first relocating to what school to choose for your children.

Ägeri Halloween Celebration
Saturday, October 26th 2024

As a community we have been bringing Halloween/Trick or Treat to the children of Ägeri Valley since 2012. We bring elements of the traditional trick or treat and Halloween to the beautiful woods of Äegeri.  Children and parents look forward to taking part in this yearly tradition.

Volunteers are part in making this event successful.  Information about how to get involved is sent out in early September. Help us make the next Halloween UNFORGETTABLE.
